Lielākā daļa bažu un sūdzību tiks ātri atrisinātas, izmantojot šo līdzekli. Ja darbinieks nevar atrisināt problēmu tieši, vecākiem un aprūpētājiem jāiesniedz sava sūdzība rakstveidā direktorei V. Kalahanas kundzei. Pēc tam sūdzības tiks rūpīgi izmeklētas, un vecāki un aprūpētāji tiks informēti par iznākumu.
